1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sodura platform, including the Sodura API, dashboard, documentation, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Sodura LLC ("Sodura", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Sodura provides access to Mongolian-language large language models (LLMs) via an OpenAI-compatible REST API. The Service allows developers to integrate Mongolian-language AI capabilities into their applications.
Beta status. The Service is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, rate limits, model availability, and API behavior may change without notice during the beta period. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
API compatibility. The Sodura API follows the OpenAI Chat Completions API format. While we aim for compatibility, we do not guarantee that all OpenAI API features or behaviors are replicated.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at eba@sodura.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account or API keys with third parties outside your organization without written permission from Sodura. Each organization account is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as displayed in your dashboard.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal under Mongolian law or applicable international law, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Generate, distribute, or store content that is harmful to minors.
- Use the Service to produce spam, phishing content, or disinformation at scale.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying model weights or training data.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls through technical or other means.
- Resell or sublicense raw API access to third parties without a written agreement with Sodura.
- Use the Service for high-stakes autonomous decisions in medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical systems without appropriate human oversight.
- Use the Service to generate content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups.
Sodura reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
5. API Keys and Security
API keys are credentials that grant access to the Service on behalf of your organization. Each key is revealed only once at creation and cannot be recovered — store it securely immediately. You may rotate or revoke keys at any time from your dashboard.
You are fully responsible for all API usage attributed to your keys, including any unauthorized use that results from your failure to secure them. Sodura will not reimburse usage charges resulting from compromised keys if the compromise resulted from inadequate security practices on your part.
6. Usage, Quotas, and the Free Beta
Free beta period. During the beta (through July 15, 2026, or as extended by Sodura), API usage is free for allowlisted organizations. A soft cap of 5,000,000 tokens per organization is tracked but not enforced during this period.
Post-beta pricing. After the beta period, usage will be billed at the rates published at sodura.ai/pricing. Current published rates are ₮500 per 1 million input tokens and ₮5,000 per 1 million output tokens. Sodura reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
Rate limits. The Service enforces rate limits (currently 20 requests per minute and 40,000 tokens per minute per organization) to ensure fair access. Sodura may adjust these limits at any time.
7. Data and Privacy
Prompt data. By default, Sodura does not store or log the content of your prompts or model responses. Usage metadata (token counts, timestamps, model IDs, error codes) is always collected for billing and monitoring purposes.
Debug logging opt-in. Organizations may opt in to 30-day debug logging of prompt and response content for troubleshooting. This opt-in can be toggled from your dashboard and does not apply retroactively.
Data handling. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Your data is yours. Sodura does not use your prompts, responses, or outputs to train or fine-tune models without your explicit written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Your content. You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive, subject to any third-party rights embedded in your prompts.
Sodura's IP. The Service, the underlying models, and all associated software, documentation, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Sodura LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use Sodura's name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant Sodura a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular use.
AI limitations. Large language models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing model outputs before relying on them, especially in professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts. Do not use model outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sodura's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sodura in the 3 months preceding the claim. Sodura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sodura, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you process through the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at eba@sodura.ai.
Sodura may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if registered) or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
